What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number, the service you selected, and the message you write.
This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising scripts. It counts visits using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device and builds no profile of you; visitors from the EU, the wider European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not counted. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works. You may object at any time by switching measurement off in the cookie settings linked in the footer. Typefaces are served from this site, not from a font provider. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. What is stored in your browser is set out in the cookie policy.
The contact form is protected by a security check operated by Cloudflare, which confirms the form is being completed by a person. It processes your IP address and basic technical information for that purpose. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable.
Giving us your details is voluntary. But without a name and a way to reply we cannot answer an enquiry, and if we are engaged we cannot carry out the work without the information the matter requires.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to advise on or take on your matter. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To keep a record of enquiries received, so that a matter can be traced later. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- To comply with obligations that apply to a law firm, including record-keeping and anti-money-laundering duties. Legal basis: legal obligation.
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Sensitive data
Please do not send criminal records, health information, or other sensitive personal data through the enquiry form. If your matter involves such information, call us and we will arrange a secure way to receive it.
Who else sees it
- Our lawyers and staff working on your enquiry.
- Our hosting, measurement and email providers, which process the data on our instructions in order to deliver the website and our email.
- Courts, government agencies, or other parties where we are required or permitted by law to disclose, or where you instruct us to act.
Where the data goes
Our email delivery, network and visitor-measurement providers operate servers outside Thailand, including in the United States and the European Union. An enquiry sent through the form, and the technical data from visitor measurement, therefore pass through systems abroad. We use providers that commit contractually to appropriate protection standards, and we send no personal data abroad for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become matters are deleted within two years. Where we are engaged, records are kept for ten years after the matter closes, in line with professional and statutory record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to give you access to your data or a copy of it, correct it, delete it, suspend its use, or transfer it to another controller. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent where we relied on consent.
Write to us at the email address above and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; please use the telephone for anything you consider highly confidential.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date.
